![]() Don’t worry though, as any crafting progress you’ve made is retained from one to another. When one dies, another steps forward to carry on the fight. Void Bastards features a 12-15 hour campaign that you can complete with an endless supply of prisoners, each with their own unique traits. All the while you must keep scavenging for the food, fuel, and other resources that keep you alive. Flee from void whales and pirates, and politely avoid the hungry hermits. Navigate your tiny escape pod through the vast nebula. Use your hard won supplies to improvise tools and weapons, from the distracting robo-kitty to the horribly unstable clusterflak. React to what you find - will you detour to the generator to bring the power back online or will you fight your way into the security module to disable the ship’s defenses? Choose carefully when to fight, when to run and when just to be a bastard. Move carefully through the dangerous ships, searching for supplies and manipulating control systems. It describes all the basic elements and mechanics of the game, such as exploring the nebula, collecting loot, defeating opponents, crafting new items, inventory and supplies management or visiting enemy ships. On board derelict spaceships you’ll plan your mission, taking note of the ship layout, what hazards and enemies you might encounter and what terminals and other ship systems you can use to your advantage. On the first pages we have prepared a detailed overview and key guidelines to Void Bastards. And then you must carry out that strategy in the face of strange and terrible enemies. You make the decisions: where to go, what to do and who to fight. Your task is to lead the rag-tag Void Bastards out of the Sargasso Nebula. And it's not like i expected world-class writing, but this is just depressing and annoying.Forget everything you know about first-person shooters: Void Bastards asks you to take charge, not just point your gun and fire. Well, yeah, those things you listed kinda go without saying as well. I just wanted some sort of climax like an ending boss or something of that sort. It is kinda funny how it plays out anyway. I couldnt care less about the narrative of the ending. The gameplay loop is what makes this game and i find it very good. Just in case i want to say the following. That's basically like the winner of the Hunger Games just getting shot in the face, "cuz, omg, isn't the world a cruul plais? Liek, omg, so dark and subverting expektaishuuns" I would get it if the good ending was locked behind Uber-Mega-Hard-Bastard, but this is just not worth playing at all. I mean, i should have known from the tutorial mission, but it's once again proving that these developers want to force things onto you, no matter what you do. In the case of the Xbox One version, unlocking a set of achievements is rewarded with 1000 Gamescore points. They are the same on the PC and Xbox One version of the game. I can't stand games that just give you a sh*tty ending no matter what. General information about achievements in Void Bastards There is a total of 24 achievements that you can unlock in the game. I was on the verge with the game after seeing the tutorial mission, but this is more like a stake through the coffin rather than a nail. This is a guide on how to get every achievement in the game Void Bastards. ![]() Originally posted by Murf_This!:Ok, seriously, so at the end of all that we don't even make it? It's an action packed sequel where you have to work your way from lowly deckhand to pirate king by pillaging abandoned derelict vessels to build a large enough fortune, so that you can finally take the fight to WCG and the evil overseer B.A.C.S. *dum-dum-dum* PIRATES! Seems like you have been taken prisoner yet again. Dark figures step into the light and reveal themselves to be. These runs are very difficult and will test your patience. Mysterious liquids seeps in and X-83 is hydrated just in time to watch the whale being cut open from the outside as a blinding bright light starts to pour in. In Void Bastards there are a number of different types of challenge runs you can complete to unlock different achievements. Our hero X-83 is swallowed together with a few million of his brethren and all hope seem to be lost until a large harpoon suddenly rips through the whale, rupturing X-83's bag. The SOM is attacked by a hungry void whale that has come to feast on our delicious f-dried captives.
